The Fan 35T Ceiling Fan Remote Control is a universal remote that works with most 3-speed AC ceiling fans, including popular brands like Harbor Breeze, Allen+Roth, Hunter, Hampton Bay, Litex, Home Decorators Collection, and Honeywell. This remote allows you to independently control your ceiling fan speed and light brightness. It has 5 buttons - 3 for fan speed (High/Medium/Low) and Off, as well as a Light Dimmer function.

To use this replacement remote, check that the part number on the back of your original remote matches one of the FCC ID/Model numbers listed, such as L3HFAN35T, L3HFAN35T1, 2AAZPFAN35TI, 2AAZPFAN53T, L3HFAN11T, L3H2010FANHD, or L3H2014FANHD. These models operate on the same 303.9MHz frequency and have the same functionality. Note that some models like KUJCE9603, CHQ7202T, and CHQ7202T1 may not be compatible.

To set up the remote, note that it is compatible with FAN30R, FAN28R, FAN18R, and UC7067FMRX receivers. If your receiver has DIP switches, you'll need to set the same DIP codes on both the transmitter and receiver. For FAN30R receivers, no DIP code setting is required - just use the LEARN button to pair the transmitter and receiver.

If controlling multiple ceiling fans, ensure each has a different PIN code set to prevent interference between remotes. Also, before using the wireless remote, use the pull chain switch to set the fan to maximum speed and turn the light on.
