This kit is suitable for replacement or upgrade of your existing ceiling fan setup, though it is not recommended for use with hugger-style fans.

The FAN-53T remote controller allows you to separately control the fan speed (high/medium/low/off) and the light brightness (dimmable). The light dimmer function is compatible with incandescent bulbs and some dimmable LED lights, though most LED and CFL lamps are non-dimmable and will only support on/off functionality, potentially causing flickering when using the dimming feature.

The FAN28R receiver has a powerful 240W rating, which exceeds the typical capacity, allowing you to power more light bulbs and increasing the lifespan of the receiver. This receiver is suitable for a wide range of 110V 3-speed AC ceiling fans.
